About Us
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Community Engagement Strategies: Craft tailored strategies to cultivate an engaging, active, and positive community environment on each specific FEI’s digital platforms (social media and web).
- Relationship Management: Foster relationships with athletes, national federations (NFs), and organising committees (OCs). Distribute compelling content through social media channels for amplification.
- Monitor Online Conversations: Stay attuned to online discussions across platforms related to our brand or organisation. Engage with these conversations in a thoughtful and meaningful manner.
- Content Creation: Conceptualise and publish captivating content that encourages interaction, sparks discussions, and drives participation within the community.
- Moderate Community Interactions: Enforce community guidelines to ensure that discussions remain respectful and constructive. Address conflicts promptly and guide community members towards positive interactions.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect, analyse, and present community feedback to relevant teams, contributing valuable insights for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Community Growth: Identify and execute strategies to expand the community in alignment with the brand's objectives and values.
- Analyze Engagement Data: Utilise analytics tools to monitor and report key community engagement metrics. Make data-driven adjustments to strategies to optimise effectiveness.
- Crisis Management: Serve as the initial point of contact for community issues or crises. Collaborate with the Communications team to deliver timely and appropriate responses.
- Event Coverage: Provide social media coverage of FEI events as required, sharing the excitement and energy with our community.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in community management, engagement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English native.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive engagement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive engagement.
- Familiarity with crisis management in a digital environment.
- Passion for equestrian sports and excellent knowledge of the industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop etc.) for content creation and editing.
