Lead Developer ERP WinDev & .NET (m/f/x)

• Lead our five-person development team, both professionally and as their line manager: set priorities, plan the work, coach your colleagues and be the first point of contact for development topics, both for your colleagues at Plenion and for the other teams across the Craftview Group. 
• Actively develop Plenion ERP in WinDev, WebDev and WinDev Mobile, from the ERP core to our field-service app MyPlenion. 
• Shape the modernisation: step by step, extend the existing solution with the modern stack of the group's Shared Services: ASP.NET Core web APIs, Blazor, PostgreSQL and Azure.
• Design and build interfaces (REST web services) that connect the ERP with apps, cloud services and partners, e.g. for e-invoicing via Peppol. 
• Establish modern engineering practices in the team: pull-request-based development on GitHub, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD with GitHub Actions. 
• Bring AI-assisted development into the team with GitHub Copilot and Claude, and define shared ways of working with it.
• Work closely with the development teams of the Craftview Group and help shape group-wide standards. 

• A degree in computer science or a comparable qualification or professional experience 
• Solid experience building business applications with C#/.NET, especially backend development and web APIs with ASP.NET Core 
• Experience leading developers, e.g. as team lead, tech lead or lead developer, and the motivation to take on full team leadership, including line management 
• Willingness to get to grips with WinDev, WebDev and WinDev Mobile?and develop in them, and enjoyment in carefully modernising a mature codebase 
• A genuine interest in AI-assisted development and the drive to advance it within the team 
• Fluent English and Dutch, spoken and written 

• Experience with WinDev, WebDev or WinDev Mobile (PC SOFT) 
• Experience with Blazor, PostgreSQL and Azure 
• Experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper, and with .NET Aspire 
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude or Claude Code 
• Experience modernising or gradually replacing legacy applications 
• Experience with GitHub (pull requests, GitHub Actions) and automated testing 
• Knowledge of ERP systems or processes in the installation or construction industry
