What you will be responsible for

  • Be the contact person for our German customers with questions about our products 
  • Work both in first and second level support 
  • Train our customers in the use of our software 
  • Carry out program updates and adjustments 
  • Record and process incoming support requests (by phone and email) in our ticket system 

What you bring to the team

  • Excellent German communication skills (spoken and written) are a prerequisite 
  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training 
  • First professional experience 
  • Experience in customer service, desirable in commercial support of IT solutions 
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and making phone calls 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft operating systems 
  • Ability to work independently with a strong service orientation
