These services provide access to multiple networks of Charging Point Operations (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.? 

Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility worldwide together with the other verticals REACH NOW, FREE NOW, PARK NOW and SHARE NOW. 

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/d) to join our Human Relations Team as soon as possible. You will mainly focus on taking over the ownership of recruitment of interns and working students. We will support, develop and enable you to: 

Your mission:

  • Drive, steer and manage end-to-end 360° Working Student / Internship recruitment process  
  • Define sourcing channel plans to attract candidates and within the automotive, consulting technology market 

  • Advertise and create awareness of recruitment vacancies to increase application rate  

  • Take full ownership of pre-selection and HR interviews as well as supporting hiring managers in shortlisting and hiring the right candidates 

  • Create an outstanding candidate experience along the whole recruitment journey 

  • Develop trustful relationships with hiring teams, HR team 

  • Support the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team with ad-hoc projects and admin tasks  

  • Support the HR Manager in organizing and ensuring seamless onboarding days for our newbies  

Your profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Studies or anything similar 

  • Willingness to gain holistic HR and talent acquisition experience within a corporate start-up for at least 9-12 months 

  • You are energized by interacting with people and feel comfortable in working within a high-paced performance orientated environment  

  • Solid interpersonal and intercultural skill set with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders 

  • You are fluent in English and German  

  • You enjoy representing DCS as an employer of choice 

  • Profound IT Tools knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Confluence
