Charging needs to be simple and easy to use, therefore we focus on digitized and customer-oriented services. We develop white label public charging solutions for automotive OEMs and fleet operators. These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way. 
 
Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with the other verticals  FREE NOW and SHARE NOW. 

Your Mission:

  • Report to the operations team and external partners to ensure a smooth collaboration
  • Be in charge of the 2nd level support to provide an exceptional charging experience to all of our international customers from different brands in more than 30 markets 
  • Be the middle point of contact between 1st level and 3rd level support for technical issues and thus actively contribute to the success of DCS  
  • Take action after 1st level customer service enquires support to resolve incidents that our customer may encounter during the use of our product
  • Optimize and seek for a continuous improvement of our service by providing excellent 2nd level support
  • Support EV drivers by managing and resolving incidents of selected topic areas achieving positive results and thus guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction 
  • Help increase the global solution rate in support by solving tickets in a specific topic  
  • Take ownership that all requests are met within the agreed service targets 

 

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in customer support or an IT service role is highly appreciated
  • Experience in project management and supporting work streams under pressure
  • Passionate about customers and helping EV-drivers
  • Self-motivated person and a team-player 
  • Comfortable working within a high-paced, impact-driven environment and getting hands-on to get projects to move forward.  
  • Solid interpersonal and inter-cultural skill-set with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders 
  • Fluent in English and German, any additional language would be advantageous  
  • Profound IT Tools knowledge with Jira, Confluence skills MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, are a plus
