Charging needs to be simple and easy to use, therefore we focus on digitized and customer-oriented services. We develop white label public, semi-public and as well as home & and workplace charging solutions for automotive OEMs and fleet operators. These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way. Our business has also expanded to the B2C sector are we are currently launching our own CHARGE NOW app across Europe. 
 
Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Mercedes-Benz Mobility. With bp as a third shareholder, we have got more force to fulfil our vision. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with the other verticals like FREE NOW. 

Your Mission:

  • Draft, review, approve, amend and optimize contractual agreements related to commercial, product, IT and operational topics 
  • Lead the overall customer negotiations from the initial draft until the signing of any contract document (incl. Statement of Work, Service Level Agreements, Amendments, etc.)
  • First point of contact for DCS Sales and Key Account Management for all contractual matters
  • You are the interface to the customer in all contractual aspects and coordinate with internal and external SME’s such as Legal, Key Account Management, IT, Product, Business Development, Finance and any other relevant department
  • Manage meetings with internal & external partners (Tax/Data Protection/IT Security)
  • Documentation of contracts, negotiations, reporting and monitoring deadlines, overall Customer Life Cycle Management
  • Support the Bid Management to fulfill RFI/RFQs processes related to DCS service portfolio

Your Profile:

  • Degree in business, economics, legal or/ IT or a comparable field
  • Basic knowledge of legal affairs is a must, a law degree is a plus
  • More than 3 years commercial contract management experience on an international level
  • Proven track-record in contract negotiations within a large or small-medium sized business environment
  • Profound understanding in IT, data security and SaaS business would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally while working virtually
  • Proactive problem solver, able to think laterally and work independently using your own initiative, handling and prioritizing multiple activities & engagements
  • You are comfortable working in high-paced, impact-driven environment
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge is a must and Confluence/ Jira skills are a plus
