Technical & Service Engineer (m/w/d) West Europe

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Technical & Service Engineer (m/f/d) West Europe for the Technical Service & Quality Assurance department.

• Technical field service with focus on France, BeNeLux for truck and car tyres
• Planning and fulfilment of technical service requirements 
• Complaint tyre inspection and preparation of inspection reports
• Planning and carrying out tyre road tests at fleets and customers
• Continuously monitoring and analyzing feedback on product quality
• Planning and organizing internal and external technical training courses
• Continuous improvement of complaint communication (internal and external)
• Close cooperation with technical service team, sales and other experts

• You have a passion for technical customer field service and are enthusiastic about tyres
• Your communication skills in French and English are convincing
• Your way of working is structured, you recognize and follow up on requirements independently
• You have already gained experience in technical service, the tyre industry and/or trade
• You have solid experience with common MS Office 365 tools
