We want you to join our team as Key Account Manager Retail+ (m/f/d).

In this position, you will develop and expand the retail+ business (Key Accounts) and  implementation our commercial strategies according to company objectives (with regards to sales, products and channels).

Key role responsibilities:

  • Professional client relationship management of retail POS and e-commerce clients
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive, deliver and accelerate growth
  • Develop new channel activity and test and advance PPOS and digital
  • Create innovative ideas and solutions to impact the business of our partner
  • Continuously and ad-hoc analyse sales reports and statistics provided by MI and plan actions to optimize results
  • Monitor all activities for compliance with the sales processes as well as monitoring and implementation of the internal risk and compliance requirements of the company with focus on claims, complaints, cancellations and other relevant KPIs as well as the supervisory authorities to the partner Mystery Shopping
  • Implementation of product-oriented sales training in close cooperation with the Partners’ team and personnel developers as well as the development of corresponding training documents personal training and campus/web based/digital. 
  • Solving individual problem cases together with specialist departments / De-escalations
  • Development of sales and promotion concepts, briefing and sign-off of marketing documents
  • Manage and drive projects cross-functionally with alignment of all parties
  • Establishment and coordination of process flows between partners and D&G as well as internal coordination optimization, new processes, internal workshops
  • Develop concepts for growth driving incentives und events – annual and occasionally
  • Lead client projects in collaboration with local and international stakeholders. 

Experience and skills required:

A successful Key Account Manager at D+G needs to

  • demonstrate a strong ability to drive the business, pipeline generation, as well as implement partners strategy.
  • to be capable of developing and managing relationships with stakeholders, to achieve a profitable and lasting relationship for the business.

 

Experience

  • Work experience (min 6-8 years) in the insurance, financial services and retail sector
  • Demonstrable consistent sales and marketing experience with financial services, insurance companies, brokers or retailers
  • Experience and able to work in a Matrix organization
  • Experience in direct marketing projects
  • Experience in managing and leading strategic accounts in the insurance sector
  • Successful experience in building a market launch strategy
  • High technical knowledge of the insurance sector. Previous experience with insurance companies, brokers or retailers will be highly valued.
  • Experience and able to work in a Matrix organization
  • Successful Key Account Manager demonstrate a strong ability to drive the business, pipeline generation activities and launch of new products and strategies aimed at boosting the business with the partner.
  • Solving conflicts and creating solutions
