Sales & Procurement Manager Fruit & Vegetables (m/f/d) - Greece

• Building, maintaining, and further developing our network of producers in Greece
• Independent procurement of fruit & vegetables and management of sourcing processes
• Price negotiations, cost calculations, and contract design with suppliers
• Close collaboration with the sales team and support of customers, particularly in the German market
• Continuous market and competitor analysis
• Regular travel to suppliers and partners on site
• Ensuring efficient processes along the supply chain (including logistics coordination)

• Experience in procurement within the fruit & vegetable sector or food trade is desirable. However, we also welcome motivated junior talents whom we can train and develop
• Connection to Greece is an advantage (e.g., language skills, cultural understanding)
• Strong negotiation skills, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a confident appearance
• Structured and independent way of working
• Team player mentality with a hands-on approach
• Language skills: good to very good Greek, German, and English
• Confident use of MS Office (experience with ERP systems is a plus)
