To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:

B2B MARKETING MANAGER (f/m/d)

Full-time, 40 hours

• Content Marketing: Creation and distribution of compelling and valuable content across various online channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletter, and social media posts, to attract, engage, and retain target B2B audiences.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified traffic and generate high-quality B2B leads.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic, ensuring that our B2B offerings are easily discoverable by potential clients.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns that nurture leads, build brand loyalty, and drive B2B customers toward conversion.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence on relevant B2B platforms, fostering engagement and building a strong online community around our brand.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the B2B space to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and ahead of the curve.
• Event Management: Support the marketing team in managing international events and exhibitions. 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns on google ads and LinkedIn for B2B audiences is a huge advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and compelling marketing content in English and preferably also in German.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software, and CRM systems (ex. HubSpot).
• A creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative ways to engage B2B customers and stand out from the competition.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proactive, showing initiative and a willingness to take ownership of projects and challenges.
• Kindness and strong interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
