Build the ERP software Dutch SMEs run on 

Duiven (NL) or Würselen (DE) · Hybrid [within NL/DE] · Full-time · Start: asap 

Plumbers, installers, project builders: thousands of Dutch SMEs run their entire business on Gilde software. Were the market leader in several of these industries, and for almost 30 years weve built ERP and document management solutions that people use every day. 

Since 2021 weve been part of the Craftview Group (350+ people, multiple ERP companies across Europe). That gives you the stability of a group and the short decision paths of a focused product team. Your code ships to real customers, and youll hear what they think of it. 

Were now looking for a motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to help shape the future of our products and services.

• Build and evolve our products: develop our document management system (DMS) and further develop the Gilde and Moser ERP platforms. 
• Connect systems: design and implement APIs and connectors between our ERP, DMS and third-party tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Graph API, SharePoint). 
• Own quality, not just features: write tests, review code, document what you build, and help us raise the bar on software quality. 
• Talk to the people who use it: join customer conversations when it matters, turn real-world problems into practical solutions, and close the loop with Product, Consulting, Sales and Service. 
• Work across borders: collaborate with development teams across the Craftview Group on shared components and solutions. 
• Shape how we use AI: help us bring AI-assisted development (and AI features in our products) into everyday work. Your ideas count here. 

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience (degree, MBO/HBO or self-taught: we care about what you can build) 
• Solid practical experience with Java and Angular 
• Willingness to work with C#, VB.NET/VBA and SQL as well. We have a mixed stack, and curiosity beats a perfect match 
• You communicate clearly, enjoy teamwork and like understanding the why behind a customer request 
• A quality mindset: testing and clean, documented code are part of the job for you, not an afterthought 
• Dutch (C1), and good English  
• Interest in AI-assisted development (Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar). Experience is a plus, curiosity is enough 

• Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint or Power Platform 
• Experience with ERP, DMS or CRM systems, or a feel for business processes 
• German is a bonus, not a requirement. Youll work with German colleagues across the group, and well support you if you want to learn it 

• 30 vacation days + extra leave days for social and environmental engagement 
• Flexible Working Hours and Hybrid work: work 1 day/week from Duiven (NL) or Würselen close to Aachen (DE) (if the distance allows), the rest remotely from home
