WHAT TO EXPECT
As a customer consultant at smaXtec, you will support our customers (national and international dairy farms) and sales partners in the commissioning and ongoing use of our solutions.
- Independent support of our customers and sales partners as agricultural expert in after sales
- Competent replies to customer enquiries
- Installation and commissioning of our solutions on site
- Product trainings for sales partners and customer
- Close cooperation with our national and international sales team and technical support
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Ideally work experience in the agricultural sector
- Education: Completed agricultural education (e.g. HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein)
- Skills & Characteristics:
- You are an outgoing and customer-oriented personality with a strong hands-on mentality and an affinity for agriculture.
- Very good command of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage.
- A structured approach, reliability and willingness to travel complete your profile.

- Location: Our office is located in the centre of Graz near the historic old town. On three floors, the office offers space to work creatively together, develop and implement ideas.
- Flexibility: A great deal of creative freedom, the opportunity to work independently and a flexible working schedule.
- Compensation: On a full-time basis we offer a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 1,850 with a willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and work experience.
