HARDWARE-DEVELOPER (M/F/D)

Aerospace Data Security GmbH (ASDS) is an innovative technology company of the Airbus Group. For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors.

• Creating schematics and PCB designs in accordance with requirements and applicable ECSS and DO standards for aerospace applications
• Creating circuit layouts in accordance with aerospace requirements
• Developing and expanding an automated test system
• Testing and troubleshooting hardware prototypes
• Performing circuit simulations and worst-case analyses
• Creating and maintaining project documentation, including documentation in accordance with MIL-STD-498
• Preparing supporting documentation for verification processes
• Supporting product support and manufacturing
• Monitoring the development and build status and, where necessary, carrying out non-conformance procedures

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in PCB development, ideally within the aerospace industry, as well as in preparing documentation such as system design and test documentation
• Experience in the development of digital systems and hardware architectures, combined with a strong system-level understanding and the ability to independently implement designs according to complex specifications
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
• Proficient English and good German language skills
