FACILITY MANAGER (M/F/D)

Aerospace Data Security GmbH (ASDS) is an innovative technology company of the Airbus Group. For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors.

Around 80 employees from different nations and disciplines work together at our three locations in Stuhr near Bremen. Our corporate culture is characterized by precision, team spirit, short decision-making processes, and open collaboration.

• Maintaining and taking care of our buildings, outdoor areas, and technical facilities
• Carrying out minor repair, maintenance, and servicing work
• Monitoring the general building infrastructure
• Coordinating and supervising external tradespeople and service providers
• Supporting relocations, renovations, and internal projects
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and a well-maintained appearance of our locations
• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues regarding infrastructure-related matters
• Independently identifying and implementing improvements in building operations

• Manual skills and technical understanding
• Ideally, experience as a facility manager, maintenance technician, caretaker, or in a skilled trade
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong organizational skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Friendly manner and strong service orientation
• Class B driving licence
