TEST MANAGER (M/F/D)

Aerospace Data Security GmbH (ASDS) is an innovative technology company of the Airbus Group. For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors.

Around 80 employees from different nations and disciplines work together at our three locations in Stuhr near Bremen. Our corporate culture is characterized by precision, team spirit, short decision-making processes, and open collaboration.

• Specifying, planning, and implementing functional tests for cryptographic units based on customer and internal requirements
• Performing test activities and verifying the developed systems
• Creating and maintaining documentation for test and verification activities
• Analyzing test results and deriving measures for troubleshooting and quality assurance
• Collaborating with development teams, project management, and quality assurance to implement technical requirements
• Ensuring compliance with security standards and project-relevant requirements, such as Ü2 security clearance

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in requirements-based, independent test planning and execution
• Very careful and structured working style
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, or Rust
• Knowledge of Python is an advantage
• Experience in preparing test documentation and verification reports
• Good English language skills for international projects
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for close collaboration with development, project management, and quality assurance
