Sales & Procurement Assistant (m/f/d)_Food Retail

 We are looking for a Sales & Procurement Assistant (m/f/d)_Food Retail to join our team in Kaarst (near Düsseldorf) as soon as possible.

• You will support the team in purchasing and sales and work closely with our sales and procurement managers in day-to-day business
• You will take on order acceptance and processing and, among other things, handle complaints, arrange for goods to be delivered and issue invoices.
• You will be in daily contact with our customers and service providers
• You will communicate regularly with other departments such as quality assurance and logistics, as well as with our international procurement offices
• Together with your team, you will ensure that all relevant daily processes run smoothly

• Ideally, you have completed commercial training or a relevant degree
• You have already gained initial experience in the assistant or back office area, ideally in purchasing and sales
• Even in turbulent situations, you keep track of things and feel at home in the dynamic fruit and vegetable business
• You enjoy working in a team, are structured and independent, have high quality standards and impress with your strong communication skills
• You have very good written and spoken German
• Good English skills are an advantage
